The Well • a training and discipleship ministry

The Well Ministry has been pivotal in my walk with Jesus! This community is like no other- it's a band of women who invest in the lives of others and are committed to Kingdom work. I have learned much about His Kingdom, prayer and discipleship through intentional one on one time and in community & trainings. Any woman is WELLcome here! :)

The Well Training and Discipleship Ministry is a wonderful place to be! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. You will always be greeted with smiles and hugs!! I also love the emphasis on the Kingdom of God and discipleship. Women are challenged to play their part in God’s work here on earth! They have amazing studies, prayer events, and conferences. If you’re a woman looking for Biblical community, this is your place!

The Well is a wonderful women’s ministry that has helped equip me to disciple women in my area. Even though I live in upstate NY, and not the Florida area, I have benefitted greatly from their online trainings. I was lucky enough to be able to attend my first in person event with The Well in 2022 for Operation Train Up A Woman. I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely life giving and encouraging to me in my faith in Jesus, and it enable me to continue helping women grow spiritually here in NY! Thank you, Susie, and the amazing Well team!

A place for community, discipleship and spiritual growth! These ladies are so good at making you feel welcome from the first day! You leave already having a friend that is sure to follow up with their word.

I walked through the doors of The Well 20 years ago and it was through the Jesus centered, Kingdom oriented discipleship that Jesus transformed me. My faith walk trajectory was completed changed. This is a great place for community for women who are looking for other women who are pursuing Jesus Christ.

I was invited to attend a mini workshop at the Well in July and I have been a part since! This group of ladies is one of the most authentic group of women I have been around. The Lord has used these ladies already in such a short time to encourage me in my walk with the Lord and my walk with others. There is true community here. It is something I have been praying for over the years and God answered my prayers for a group of Titus 2 women!! If you are looking for a community of diverse on fire women for Jesus, this is it! So thankful the Lord led me here!

The Well is one of the few true discipleship ministries I have found in over 30 years. They genuinely desire God’s best for each woman that enters the door. They love honestly and share openly. This is not the place to just passively sit in on a Bible Stufy!
